The Ladies Champions League circuit consists of five tour stops throughout the year. Events 1 to 4 are regular stops and event 5 are the Grand Finals, which has an increased prize fund.

Each Ladies Champions League event is set to feature 32 players. These players will be split into eight round robin groups of four. All matches in the round robin phase are the first to 5 frames.

The top two from each group will qualify for the last 16 knockouts, whilst the bottom two from each group will go into the Ladies Europa event.

All knockout matches in both the Champions League and Europa League are the first to five frames, except for the finals of both which will be the first to six frames.

The opening event of the season will be an open draw, but moving forwards with the ranking list, the top 8 ranked players will be seeded and separated into each of the eight groups.

The Grand Finals (Tour 5) will be seeded throughout in accordance with the ranking list.
